Semarang, December 27 2022 - To increase students' potential, the Japanese Literature Study Program of Bachelor Degree (Sastra Jepang) Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) Semarang sent two of its students to take part in an international paid internship program. Through this program, students will get internship experience at Narita Airport, Japan for one year, starting in December 2022.
Two students who had the opportunity to do an internship at Narita Airport, Fajar Sidiq and Muhammad Fadjrin Febrian Aditya, are students of the class of 2020. They got the opportunity to do an internship in Sakura country after successfully passing the selection of administrative documents and interviews.
Head of S-1 Study Program Sastra Jepang (Japanese Literature) Udinus, Dr. Bayu Aryanto SS, M.Hum., reported that the program was one of the results of a collaboration between Udinus and the Japan Indonesia Program Akademik (JIPA). He said, the Sastra Jepang Udinus Study Program of Bachelor Degree always routinely sends its students for direct internships in Japan.
He also added that various supports had been provided by the Sastra Jepang (Japanese Literature) Study Programof Udinus. Like the existence of a curriculum that has been designed so that students can take part in intensive internships in Japan. In essence, the study program also routinely provides information to students regarding internship programs and scholarships.
Throughout 2022, the Japanese Literature Study Program Udinus has sent a total of 5 students to take part in an internship program in Japan. The cooperation program also stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was it reopened in February 2022.
