Semarang | 30 November 2022 Commander Korem 073/Makutarama Colonel Inf Purnomosidi, S.I.P., M.A.P., representing the Regional Military Commander IV/Diponegoro, was present at the TA Village Anti-Corruption Launching activity. 2022. Located in the field of Banyubiru Village, Banyubiru district. Semarang Regency. Tuesday (29/11/2022).

Wawan Wardiana, head of the deputy committee for education and community participation, said in his remarks that the establishment of an anti-corruption village in 2022 was a follow-up to the 2021 program.

The program was carried out based on concerns that corruption crimes have penetrated to the village level; the hope is that this village level is the front line, especially in the context of preventing acts of corruption.

"The KPK realizes that eradicating corruption cannot only be carried out by the KPK itself; there needs to be the participation of all elements of the community to contribute, including the community in the village," he said.

There are 10 selected villages in 10 provinces in Indonesia, which, thanks to persistence and strong determination, have gone through several stages that are long enough so that several provincial villages can be made and are entitled to receive pilot education for Indonesian anti-corruption villages in 2022.

During the event, the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, said that out of the 10 villages that already exist, based on the results of the assessment, we are making a list and then we will distribute it.

"Convince all cadres and civil servants to replicate the good examples from 10 anti-corruption villages in Indonesia in practice in each province where mobility must be transparent and truly open," said Ganjar.
