Semarang | October 12, 2022 - Semarang becomes the closing city for the GIIAS The Series 2022
After Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan, the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show or GIIAS will be held in Semarang.
Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) is an automotive exhibition that will be held this year in four cities.
Semarang was chosen as the closing city for the GIIAS The Series because Semarang is considered to have a good economic condition.
Regarding GIIAS Semarang 2022, Rizwan, the chairman of the exhibition organizer, revealed that the distribution of motorized vehicles in Central Java in 2021 reach 8 percent of the total distribution nationally. "Semarang has a good economic condition, and the automotive market in Central Java is a very potential market."
GIIAS Semarang 2022 is scheduled to be held on 23-27 November 2022 at Marina Convention Center Semarang, Central Java.
Gaikindo's purposes at every GIIAS event is to show the development of the Indonesian automotive industry, provide the right education to the public as well as be an impetus for its growth," said Rizwan.
