Semarang | October 10, 2022 - Hendrar Prihadi Officially Becomes Head of LKPP After Jokowi's Inauguration Officially serves as Head of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) after being inaugurated by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
The inauguration was held at the Central Jakarta Palace on October 10, 2022, and was broadcast live via the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube account. The inauguration ceremony opened with the song "Indonesia Raya". The Presidential Decree (Keppres) was read out appointing the LKPP chief executive.
President Jokowi led the reading of Hendrar's oath and then recited the words Jokowi read.
"I swear that I will be loyal and obedient to the Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 and will carry out all laws and regulations at best for my service to the nation and state. That in carrying out my duties, I will uphold office ethics, work as well as possible, and with a full sense of responsibility," said Jokowi, followed by Hendrar.
The inauguration ceremony which implemented strict health protocols was attended by the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia Megawati Soekarnoputri, Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, State Secretary Pratikno, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, and several other officials.
Hendrar's inauguration as chairman of LKPP was greeted with flower arrangements placed in the yard of Semarang City Hall. Congratulations accompanied all the flowers on the appointment of Hendi as chairman of LKPP.
