After 32 years of dedication, Kusni Ingsih, a lecturer at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), officially holds the title of Professor in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). Her career began in 1992 at Dian Nuswantoro Informatics and Computer Management Academy (AMIK) before the institution transformed into Udinus. She completed her master's degree in Management in 1998.
Kusni once served as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (2001-2009) and the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs (2010-2017). Currently, she holds the position of Vice Rector III for Student Affairs. In this role, Kusni focuses on managing 79 student organizations and has successfully helped Udinus achieve an excellent ranking in the 2023 Simkatmawa assessment.
Kusni also encouraged the development of student competencies through the Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPKO), which has earned Udinus national-level awards for three consecutive years.
Furthermore, Kusni is active in conducting research, with 45 publications in the last five years, as well as holding various positions in Central Java and national education forums, such as Chair of the National Forpimawa and Central Java Bapomi Management.
Kusni said that the title of Professor is not the end, but the beginning of greater responsibility to continue contributing to the institution, the nation, and the world of education.
