Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) are expected to have a competent leadership spirit. This character development is obtained through the Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) 2024.
The training, attended by 310 students from the FEB at Udinus, is one of the annual programs of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB Udinus. With the theme 'Developing Creative Thinking to Enhance Self-Potential in the 5.0 Era', the event took place at the Hall on the 3rd floor of Building E at Udinus on Saturday-Sunday, December 14-15, 2024.
Chief Executive, Naila Syakirotul Rizqiyah, explained that the theme aims to encourage students to develop their skills in the 5.0 era. So that they can find their best potential and have a strong leadership spirit that can be applied in the professional world.
The material was delivered by several speakers, including Vice Rector III for Student Affairs of Udinus, Prof. Dr. Dra. Kusni Ingsih, M.M., Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Udinus, Dr. Ir. Retno Indah Hernawati S.E., M.Si., and Head of Udinus Management Undergraduate Program, Dr. Mahmud, S.E., M.M.
Dean of FEB Udinus, Retno Indah, who also gave a speech, hoped that students could make the most of the training. Especially to train management skills, train leadership skills, and gain experience.
