Three students from Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) achieved the runner-up position in a national scientific article competition organized by CIMSA FK Universitas Indonesia. They are Melki and Isna Rahmatika from the Medical Studies Program, along with Zulhendra Adi Kusuma from Biomedical Engineering, forming a team called "Timethed."
In the competition, they presented a literature review titled “Nanotechnology and Microfluidics: Innovations in Preventive and Therapeutic Medicine”. This idea offers innovative solutions for preventing and treating infectious diseases with a fast, precise, efficient, and effective approach.
The team leader, Melki, stated that this success was achieved after an intensive one-month preparation under the guidance of lecturers from LPPM and the Faculty of Medicine at Udinus. He also expressed his pride in the team's accomplishment.
Zulhendra added that this experience provided many lessons, especially in coordination and collaboration between members. He hopes that this achievement can motivate other students to continue to innovate, and that the technology can be applied for real benefits to society.
This achievement proves Udinus' commitment in supporting its students to contribute and innovate at the national level.
