Inauguration completed a series of _ospek_ activities for new students at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus). Featuring more than 10 performances from Student Activity Units (UKM) and the Udinus Community, it was witnessed by 3.675 Udinus new students for the 2024/2025 academic year on Wednesday (11/09/2024).
The performance, which ended the Dinus Inside 2024 activities, was opened by the Denok Deblong Dance performance from the e-Gamelanku community. Continued with performances from Taekwondo UKM and Udinus Christian Student Fellowship (PMK).
At the end of the event, all new students seemed to enjoy the inauguration activities enthusiastically located in the courtyard of building G. It can be seen from many participants who participated in dancing following the excitement of the inauguration activities.
Dinus Inside 2024 Activity Coordinator, Dr. Rindra Yusianto, S.Kom., M.T., said that the art performance was presented on the last day to provide entertainment for the new students. They have followed a series of ospek both from the university and from their respective faculties for three days.
Other appearances include marching troops formed variations from PaskibraKu and Syiarkustik from the Islamic Practice Board (BAI) Matholi ul Anwar. In addition, the songs Montor-Montor Cilik and Gado-Gado Semarang were performed by the student choir known as Gita Dian Nuswa. Moreover, Aldakanawaseta UKM also stole the show by rappelling down the G building from the 3rd floor. It was closed with the excitement of Music UKM and also Dance From Udinus (DFU).
On the same occasion, Vice-Rector III for Student Affairs of Udinus, Dr. Kusni Ingsih, M.M., congratulated all of the prospective students who officially became part of Udinus. In a week, students will attend offline meetings. In addition to performances from Udinus students, the new students also presented with performances by capital artists. At Dinus Inside 2024, new students of Udinus were amazed with Anji's performance at the Dinus Night Festival Udinus.
